There is no change in the position at. the waterfront. There are now fourteen vessels and about 600 Water.siders idle. Tlie employers arc evidently anticipating a prolongation of the deadlock, for they are making arrangements to remove all idle boats into the stream. No communication lias vet been received from the Watersidcrs’ Federation.
POSITION AT DUNEDIN. DUNEDIN. ,Tli is Day. The position on Dunedin waterfront is practically lunehanged. No fresh Labour was engaged to-day. About two hundred men are idle. The men employed on tlie Scalda. Corinna and Calm are working nominally. The Corinna sails to-night, for the north and the. Calm to-day for Bluff. Steamers idle to-da.v are the Kaiapoi, Tarawera and Te Anau.
