The Executive of the Irish Unionist alliance has issued a statement declaring Southern Unionists will be obliged to bold aloof from the Southern Parliament, which must necessarily be a Separatist or powerless. The only alternative for Southern Ireland is independence and the maintenance of Legislative union.
