Hie leaders express the opinion now that it will be at least a month before work will be resumed. A.W.11 CONFERENCE. . SYDNEY, Feb. 9. The Australian Workers Union Conference passed a resolution favouring an extension of the franchise to all persons eighteen years of age; the abolition of the Legislative Council, and the establishment of a State bank for the purpose of financing Government undertakings. The Conference altered the constitution providing for tho formation of Ono Big Union.
