CORRESPONDENCE.
A PROTEST. (To the Editor.) Sir.—l desire to enter a vigorous protest against the ■unfair tactics of visiting companies in rising the prices to patrons at the Theatre. Last night was no exception, “The Diggers” closing down the 2s and 3s prices, and charging 5s and 4s plus tax downstairs, before the cheaper admission seats were nearly filled. The procedure is unfair to patrons and a decided breach of good faith, against which I enter my protest, I am etc., INDIGNANT.
