LATE LOCALS.
■ The town members of the Charitable Aid Board meet this evening at 7.30 p.m. to deal with tenders. The members of the Levante-Keech Company arrived by the mid-day train and are appearing at Princess Theatre to-night, in conjunction with Pollard’s Pictures. On next Wednesday evening the Parishioners of St. Mary’s Hokitika will tender a farewell social to Mr and Mrs McCarthy and family in St Mary’s Club Rooms. During the evening a presentation will be made to Mrs McCarthy. The social will he followed by a dance. Admission 1 /-. —Advt.
