BURIAL OF UNKNOWN SOLDIER AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) PARIS ) Jan. 29. France’s “Unknown Soldier” was buried beneath the Arc de Triomplie. It was a simple ceremony. Marshal Joffre Marshal Foch, General Retain, Hon Lloyd George, parents, widows and disabled soldiers were present.
