LICENSING ACT. Police v. *p. Clare Jr., a charge of living drunk in charge of a horse in a public place and application for prohibition order. Mr Murdoch for defendant. On the first charge dfhflendant was fined £2 and costs, and the application for the order was refused. ALLEGED SHEEP WORRYING. Air and Airs AVilliam AA r all (Air Alurdoch) v. John Searle, Edward Searle and George Searle (Air Joyce), a claim for £35 35., damages for alleged sheepworrying by a dog owned by the defendants. Lengthy evidence was taken and at 1 o’clock as the case could not possibly be finished, the hearing was adjourned, sine die.
