POLLARD’S PICTURES.

MONDAY

On Monday next Pollards .will (screen

a truly strong programme headed by ‘‘The Lone Wolf’s Daughter,” a sequel to “The Lone /Wolf,” which patrons will remember as a great drama. The story was written by Louis Joseph Vance and the picture was produced by the First National. Louise Glaum plays the leading role and the part suits her better than any part she has ever played in before. A tremendous drama and melodrama combined; a •story embracing the characters, the thrills; the overpowering grip and fascination of “The Lone Wolf” and “False Faces.” A crafty, desperate and overwhelmingly ingenious enemy and rival—opponents always at each other’s throats. A drama enacted from the interior splendors of Buckingham Palace to the mysterious depths of London’s “Limehouse.” And a new, fascinating, beautiful girl—the Lone Wolf’s daughter. Ilaunlingly beautiful with the blood’and daring and courage of “The Lone Wolf” in her veins, matching wits, battling the craftiest criminal in the world. Then the Lone Wolf himself, wily, all-knowing, allseeing, who played the game alone, came hack as though from the dead to fight his ancient enemy, whose plot threatened a nation.
