NEW ZEALAND NAVY. LONDON, Dec. 2. A fortnight ago the Admiralty announced that the sloop Verbena would bo sent out to New Zealand instead of the Laburnum, which was originally selected to form part of the Dominion Navy. It has now been decided, however, that tlie Verbena shall take the place of the Wistaria, on the South African station, and that the Laburnum will go to New Zealand as originally decided. A| the present time the Laburnum is at Devonport, where she is still undergoing repairs. Commander G. P. Sheraton, R.N., wjho has been in command of the Wisteria. since January last, will transfer to the Lahurnu, and will go out to New Zealand.
