The suitability of the Oldsmobile motor car for services in such places as South Westland was further evidenced yesterday when Air AY. Robinson tho ioeal motor proprietor, came through from Waiho to Hokitika. Despite their semi-flooded state, each of the unbiidgcd rivers were crossed without the aid of horses. On the trip in question tne pajrty left Waiho at 1.40 p.m., and with 2J* hours stopping time on the road reached Hokitika at 9.30 p.m.
