The World’s Optimism. One of the outstanding traits of man kind is its enduring optimism. As each year is born we renew our good resolutions careless of the fact that we have made them before and have not fulfilled them. Whatever the disappointments of the past year, the incoming year is always rich in promise. We always face the unknown future with fresh assurance . And it is well that it should be so.
