“THE SEA WAIF”-WEDNESDAY

On Wednesday evening a big World feature “The Sea Waif,” starring Louise Huff will be the chief picture attraction. Human flotsam tossed up by. a cruel sea—used as a dupe by a hand of thieves, one of whom poses as her father, loved by a famous singer from Broadway—these aire a few of the thrilling incidents that befall Louise Huff in the title role of “The Sea Waif,” a World feature. The play is full of exciting incidents, and the suspense is breathlessly held right to the finish. Mingled with the theme of sea-robbers, shipwrecks, and treagherery is a charming love story of a dainty adorable little girl and a famous musical comedy star. The story was written by Lieut. IT. I. Young, while serving in the trenches in France—hut is not a war story. McLEAN’S PICTURES. 1 TO-NIGHT.

Mr McLean will present at the Princess Theatre this evening a play of love and loyalty, introducing the Metro Screen Classics celebrated Harold Lockwood in a five-act Metro Special, “Shadows of [Suspicion.”A powerful drama of mystery and intrigue. Where romance is horn to a birthright of loyalty. Intrigue, daring and romance make up this story which deals with the dangers and deep mysteries in the life of a young patriot who is w'rongly accused through his vow of silence to the Secret Service. This character gives Harold oLckwood a role which shows to the full the many sides of his versatile talent, and is replete with thrilling incidents which arouse the deepest loyalty and enthusiasm. Flip play is one of spontaneous action set against a background of luxury and beauty, which makes a production of intense appeal and distinctive clic/rm. It powerfully illustrates the hand of dost inv.

Also the ]2th. episode of the serial “Wolves of Kultur” will be screened and on Friday night the 13th. episode will be presented.
