AUCKLAND, January 6. In the New Zealand Tennis championship Tikleu beat N. l’eache, 6-1, 6- 3-6, 6-3. Washburn beat O’Hara Mood in a three sets match, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3. [n the men’s doubles, Brookes and I(atterson beat Wallace and Dickie 6-2, 6-1, 6-2. Ladies Singled final —Miss Curtis beat Miss Knight 7-6, 6-0. In the match between N.S.W. and New Zealand tennis teams, the, results of the first three games are Gregg (N.S.W.) beat Aiken (N.Z.) 7.9, 10.9, 7- Allison (N.Z.) heat Henderson (N. S.W.) 8-6, 6-1, Watt (N.S.W.) beat Wilding (N.Z.) 6-3, 6-4.
