SIR A. CONAN DOYLE AND SPIRITUALISM.
(To the Editor). Sir.—Please insert the following short letter that the Christian public' may he aware of Sir A. C. Conan Doyle s doctrine which he invites nil prcneliers ol Christ’s.glorious gospel to join ill and help him to spread. But he does not tell them how all Spiritualists worship the Devil, and deny Christ to he anything more than a common man, and deny' the Bible, God’s Word. He neycr tells how our Lord, Moses, and the Prophets all condemn Spiritualism. In invito Sir A. C. Doylo or any Spiritualist to a friendly discussion in any large hall in Greymouth or Hokitika, ditch party paying half the costs. No collection. I also invite him to produce a Ghost at the meeting, and that will settle the matter and prove his doctrine is not a mass of humbug and deceit. Let not Sir A.C. refuse me, because I am not a gentleman. I can prove to hiif&on that point, it would be the reverse. I write as all Christians slum for the Glory of our Lord and Master. I am etc., JAMES GILTRAP, The Forks, South Westland.
