IN IRELAND.
(Reuter’s Telegram.' SAKE CONDUCT FOR DE VALERA. (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 20. The Irish Vigilance Association announce de Valera is coming to Ireland to-preside at a special session, under a I Government safe conduct. It adds that in return Sinn Feiners ore prepared to secure the safe conduct of Hon. Lloyd George, if he wished to proceed to Ireland to confer with De Valera.
SHOT DEAD. (Received this dav at. 1.30 pm' LONDON, Decem'ier 20. Two Sinn Fein hostages, now carried in Government motors,' were shot dead on Saturday. Both' had been in custody in Cashel and were placed in a military lorry. The, journey was uneventual until the return was almost completed when the shooting occurred, allegedly by the military.
