LATE LOCA LS.

On Saturday afternoon and evening several of the 'Scholars of ■ the primary division' of the Hokitika State School conducted a juvenile bazaar in Revell Street in premises kindly loaned free of charge by Mr S. Preston, in aid of the Weßtlnnd war memorial. The takings for the day were £8 los Id, which is a very acceptable contribution. Those assisting at the bazaar were: D. Butland, L. Fowler, J. Rutland, C. Me Donald, D. and A. Stevenson, D. Leslio ,P. Blank, A. Macfarlane, and W. Wogan. The committee desire to express thanks to all those who contributed to the success of the bazaar.
