No one was by your side dear mother. To hear your last faint sigh, Or whisper just one loving word Before you closed your eyes. So suddenly God took you home To dwell with Him on high. Gone from this world of trouble and pain, AH is well if it’s God’s holy will, But, oh for a touch of a vanished hand, And the sound of a voice that is still. Inserted by her loving daughter, Mrs Leech and family, Ross. VEALE.—In loving memory of our dear mother, Agnes Venle’ who died December 18th, 1919, aged 66 years.
