A SHOOTING AFFAIR • (Received this day at 1.30 p.m L ■LONDON, December 16. Dublin reports state Magner was shot |,y an auxiliary cadet, who is now custody Ho is stated to be insane. A report of the incident states the fadet charged a party of B ack and Tans travelling to Cork to attend the funeral of a, comrade recently shot dead there, when they met Magner, young fanner named Crowley, The ca det approached Crowley and asked him to permit him to shoot him dead He then shot Magner. Resident Magis ra e. Brady narrowly escaped the same fate.
