Mr J. A. Murdoch, County Chairman ; in receipt of the following telegram rom the Hon J. G. Coates regarding lie cement shortage at Otira: — “Telegram'of 13th received re cement hortage. Pleased to inform you three undred tons cement shipped at Wanarei for Otira yesterday. Other proision is also being made for future. Mr Murdoch has replied thanking he Minister of Public Works for bis rompt attention to the above importitt matter. Mr Seddon M.P., co-operated with fr Murdoch in representations to Hon 1 inister.
