The Allied Military Commission sharply replies to the German note cabled on Dec 11th and refuses to recognise any special grounds, and repeats the demand for immediate disarmment. /

IN PALESTINE. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13 The Zionist organisation understands the British and French Governments have agreed tfiat all existing Jewish colonies, including Met alias and towns of Banran, shall become part of Palestine The question of utilisation ot te waters of Yarmuk, its tributaries and upper Jordan, were referred tor settlement on the spot, to the commission of representatives of-British and French Governments and Jewish engineers. .In case of a dispute the matter is to be referred to the Government and the arrangements made to become part of an international agreement. Manufacturers have orders sufficient to keep open beyond February: The crisis is doe to London houses .refusing to accept delivery of millions of yards of cloth plac~~ed early in the year at top prices, declaring their warehouses are chocked with clothes, which the retailers won’t buy at any prices. Scottish and , England manufacturers federation . are preparing a black list of merchants not adhering fo their contracts.
