Mr Seddoti M.P., wired to the County Clerk as follows to-dav:—“Hon J. G. Coates advises that Mr Birks, Chief Electrical Engineer of the Public Works Department, will be going to the Coast during tlie second week in January, and later join the Minister at Lake Coleridge. I will he on the Coast for Mr Birk’s visit and will accompany him to inspect the. several power schemes, including Taroha, if access is practicable.”
