Wellington Koo (China.) and lla.ijortour contended that as the period was limited it could ultimately be altered bv some future assembly. Tt was not nn attempt to amend the cov/nam. Notwstnstnnding interference by a high powered station, Lord Burnham and Professor Graham Bell’s message to the international journalists were easily heard:
