GREEK POSITION
1 AUKTIIAMAN A N. 7, ca Bl.fc AHKOf Ia l lON ■ CONFUSING REPORTS. LONDON, Dec. 11. Constantine’s position causes much speculation. The telegraph delays at Athens is allegedly due to the censorship and is causing confusion as regards latest developments. A message from Athens states thatthe Cabinet is not inviting Constantine to return but is merely announcing the result of the plebiscite. This message conflicts with the previous announcer meat and was possibly delayed but it is remarkable that Constantine has not
received. an invitation, though Athens has been repeatedly requested to clear up the position. Meanwhile Constantine betrays disappointment.. The Queen is highly nervous and the Entourage is in a state of extreme irritation. OFF TO GREECE. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LUCERNE, December 12. Constantine has received an invitation to return to Greece. He starts for Athens on Tuesday.
