The impasse between United Statos and Japan regarding, the control of cable stations at Yap, has developed to such serious proportions, that the State Department has laid the situation officially before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The officials characterise the situation as most delicate. Under State Secretary Davis will explain the controversy before the executive of the session committee.
