ROSS SPORTS. A SPORTS MEETING in aid of the Ross Medical Fund will be held at Ross on WEDNESDAY 29th DEO. The programme includes chopping, sawing and running events beside a 1 large number of other itemß. Suitable train arrangements, have been made including one leaving Ross at G p.m. connecting with train leaving Hokitika for Greymouth at 6.55 p.m. A ball will bo held in the Totara Hall in the evening.
