WEDDING BELLS.

Yesterday afterlitiori the wedding took place at tile residence of the bride’s mother of Miai Mdrjjherite Hahnan, daughter of Mi's Hannan, of “Marama,” Greymouth, and tho late Michael Hannan, and Mr F. Lloyd Hickman of Glenhope; Nortii Canterbury, son of Mr and*Mrs'S. S. Hickman, of Christ, church. The bride was given away by her brother, Mr J. Hannan. She looked charming in a frock of soft whito satin with side panels of georgette x'oses. (A long court train of primrose-coloured satin was taught on the shoulders with a cluster of roses. Her veil of beautiful Limerick liieo was arranged in mob cap -fashion with a circlet of orange blossom. She carried an exquisite shower bouquet. The bridesmaids wore Miss Kathleen Hannan and Miss Gertrude Hickman, who wore frocks of bluo and j pink georgette respectively, and quaint | little Caps of Brussels net, wreathed with roses to match their frocks. Each carried a bouquet of flowers to match her frock. A titty maid, Miss Ngairo McConville, carried the bride’s train, wearing a dainty little Indian muslin frock hh'd a wreath of flowers in li'er hair. The bridegrbom iras attended by Mr T. Taylor of Christchurch, fls best .man, and Mr C. Hickman as grooms- , man.
