THE FALL IN PRICES. WASHINGTON, Dec 3. It is learned from Administration quarters that President Wilson in a mes sage to the Congress ma.y suggest the adoption of the League of Nations as the proper way to relieve the conditions confronting farmers, as a result of falling prices. RESTRICTION OF IMMIGRATION. WASHINGTON, Dec. 2. The Chairman of the House Immigration Committee submitted a Bil suspending all Immigration for two years. AID FOR GROWERS. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m. 1 ) WASHINGTON, December 3. Mr Wilson replying to Senator Sutherland, who requested the President to take action to extricate farmers from their present predicament, due to falling prices, pointed out lie laws existed enabling the necessary help to be exter^ed. Mr Hitchcock, announced he will present a lull at the forthcoming session of dongress providing for immlediate loans of sixty million dollars to aid agriculturists.
