Johnston and Messrs Ferguson Bros, are submitting to public competition their extensive and highly improved holdings at Mt. Hercules, Little Wanganui. There is probably no better improved holdings on the Coast add comprising as it does 1,148 acres freehold and lease in perpetuity, 250 Mis. Leases, and 2700 of Education Endowment Reserve ; also Run No 55, containing 12,881 acres and Run No. 13 containing 15,000 acres makes an ideal cattle raising proposition. The owners are selling on account of being unable to obtain labour to work their two properties and have decided to concentrate on their Herepo dairy farm. .Plans and particulars may be had on application to W. Jeffries and Co., auctioneers, Hokitika.
