JAPAN AND THE LEAGUE. GENEVA, December. 1
Count Ishii (Japan) explained to the League assembly that Japan attached so great an importance to the League that she wanted her people to understand that deep confidence should be , placed in the novel attempt to promote peace and goodwill among men. Therefore she had sent a comparatively large delegation for the purposo of educating as many young men as possible for the fulfilling of duties on the most ‘oolos-al task that men ever conceived.
