DEMANDS BY BRITAIN. BERLIN, November 26. As a seqjuel to water recently being squirted upon two British' and two C French officers while inspecting the Cnxhnven naval’ barracks, Admiral Charlton has handed to he German Government a demand for the dismissal of the naval commandant at Cuxhaven, in presence of the insulted officers, also the _ punishment of all others concerned in the affairs.
