THE SURPLUS WOOL.

WELLINGTON, November 26 The Prime Minister has not yet received any reply to cabled requests for information regarding the policy of the Imperial Government in the disposal of accumulated New Zealand and Australian wool. A reply may have been delayed owing to the absence from don of Sir James 'Allen, who is at present attending the meeting of the League of Nations as representative of New Zealand. Until the Government knows what method is going to be adopted in the sale of the accumulated wool, it cannot decide definitely upon measures that may he required in this country. The price of wool at the forthcoming local sales is sure to be effected.
