(United Service Telegrams). RUSSIAN REFUGEES. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 20. Eighty ships carrying 120,000 refugees from Crimea, have anchored a t the entrance of the Sea of -Marmora. 40,000 will proceed to Lemmos.
