(Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 14. The Chicago “Tribune’s” Milan correspondent says D’Annunzio’s troops are trying to reach the Dalamatian Hinterland. His whereabouts are unknown. He is believed to be planning the occupation of Sibenico. D’Annunzio through his organ in the press vehemently attacks the Dalamatian agreement on the ground that it imperils Italy’s defences. The same Journal learns that new anti-Soviet armies are forming . along the Russian frontiers with a view of preparing a general offensive in tho winter or spring, whether or not Wrangel saves the remnants of his army. He adds that Kerensky has had enormous successes in White Russia and Ukraine. Varinkoff, formerly Kerensky’s Minister of War, commands sixty thousand White Russians, while the Ukrainans have pledged one hundred thousand in support of Kerensky.
