They object to the official attitude being favourable towards dancing ,card playing, smoking, and theatricals. One high official states the seceders are sincere, good people, but hold the old-fashioned views. They are living comfortable sheltered lives, knowing nothing of modern conditions, under which great masses of girls live. LOAN FOR N.S.W. LONDON, Nov. 12.
