{AUSTRALIAN & N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION] SYDNEY, Nov. 12. Tho Board of Control and Marylebono Club have agreed to conditions governing test matches. The fielding side will be allowed to demand a now ball every 200 runs. The two Captains before tossing, shall hand each other a list of the team selected, and prohibit any alteration team without the consent of the opposing Captain. This modifying of the rules before games is a neiv departure, as hitherto more has been left to the discretion of Captains. Tho English team to play against Victoria is as follows:—Douglas, Henrno. Hobbs, Hendren, Howell, Parkin, Russell, Woolley, Fender, Dolphin, and Rhodes.
