Do Grandi maintained second place with a score of 97, making bis aggregato 197. In the Sargood match, 900 yards, five scored the possible. In tho shoot off Ho gan and Hay ter (New South Wales) again tied and the prize was divided. New Zealanders were not among the first eight in either contest.
