(LONDON TIMES BEBVIOE^-COPVEIQHt] A RUSSIAN DECREE. LONDON, Nov. 9. The Krasnaya Gazette “the official organ of Russia,” has published a Soviet Government decree virtually abolishing money. It is also provided that the use of the telegraphs and telephones the supply of firewood and food for persons in certain categories, shall be henceforth free. Moreover, no rents are now payable by the dwellers in the State nationalised houses.
