Polish newspapers state twelve thousand Germans are serving in the Lithuanian army against Zeligowski. Many hajic been captured. It is also . asserted that troops, ammunition and war material are continuously transported to Lithuania- from East Prussia. jT is reported the Bavarian officer, Von Falkenbeirg has ‘n-riufyed at Tilsit, to superintend tho transport. Tlie “Lokal Anzeiger” states the Economic Commission has formulated a proposal for the nationalisation of coal mines. The Commission consists of Stinnes and two other mineowriers and three colliers. WOOL 'SALES FIASCO. (Received this dav at 1.30 p.m.) LONDON Nov. 9. The wool sales were a fiasco, owing to Government’s prohibitive reserves.
