Mr Justice Stringer made an an-' nniiiiceinppt in the Arbitration Court today,, regarding tjig new wages bonus payable as from Novgznber Ist owing to a fjirthpr increase in the cost of living. The new bonus for male adult workers is fixed at 2jd an hour ,or 9s weekly; femafes over 2p years, 4s 6d, under '2O, 3s; ypuths and apprentices 3s. Justice Stringer advised that applications by unions should be made immediately.
