LATE LOCALS.
All Saints’ Church was crowded on Wednesday afternoon by friends, to witness the marriage of Mr Edward Tooliey the well-known proprietor of the Dominion Cycle Works, Hokitika, to Miss Alexandra Wallace, youngest daugh «r of Mr and Mrs John Wallace, of Bealey Street. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, made a perfect picture. She was gowned in white organdi muslin, and wore a wr.Miii and veil, and carried a beautiful showe, bouquet. She was attended by her sister, Miss Susan Wallace as bridesmaid, who also wore a white organdi muslin, with a rosepink straw-hat, and carried a shower bouquet. Mr Thus. Kerr attended the bridegroom as best man. The Rev. Dr Holloway conduct ed tlie ceremony, the service being a full choral one, tlie Bride having been a member of the choir. The happy couple who are both very popular, were the reeipents of a large number of valuable presents, left in the afternoon for Christchurch, where* tlie lioney-moon will be spent, carrying with them the hearty good wishes of a large circle of friends for a happy and prosperous future.
