W. ANDRESON CHARRED. (Per Press Association.) TAUMARANUr, Nov. 3. W. Anderson was brought before Burton S.M. and charged with tlie murder of Frank Telfer and the attempted murder of James Loft at Tokirima, Gillies the Crown Prosecutor being present. The accused was defended by George Finlay of Te Kuiti. Constable Galley, of tlie Auckland police, photographer, produced photographs of the scene of the murder, and Bland Owen, engineer, prodnoed plans of the House and surroundings, giving ' the measurements incidental to the 1 shooting, . l James Loft gave the same evidence . as to tlie shooting as he gave at the inquest. , There are twenty-five witnesses to 1 I examine. - 1
