SHOOTING.
I On Saturday a. triangular shooting ipmpetition was fired between teams representing Hokitika., Greymouth anl Reefton Senior Cadets. Conditions of the match were as follows:—(1) 5 shots application; (2) 5 shots, snapshooting, figure three targets, 6 seconds exposure; (3) 10 shots, rapid, 90. seconds allowed. After a. very close and exciting contest, Holkitikia. defeated Greymouth by 5 points. The secores were: Hokitika—Ross, L.S., 64; Harris 63; Youngmnn R., 59; Spoor H. 58; Hutchison 0.G., 57; Jones M.R. 56; Thompson 54; Preston C.B. 47.
