(Received This Day # at 8.30 a.m.) PARIS, Olctobeir 29. The General Confederation of labour and socialists party have agreed on a campaign favouring Russian revolution. Mass meetings will be held in Paris and other towns on Nov. 20th. Workers will be urged, not to make or transport war materials and munitions for use against, Russian revolutionaries.
