WASHINGTON, October 20, American Bankers Association Convention are considering the proposed organisations under its auspices, of the international trading corporations .-apitalised to one hundred million dollars. Plans provide for foreign trade financing, in co-operation with merchants, manufacturers, exporters and producers. A FRENCH MOVE. WASHINGTON October 20. _ Senator France announced at Chicago that he had received.from a French organisation an informal request suggesting a conference, with a view to forming a Franco-American Alliance for the prevention of wars. Senator France states a communication similar to that of Mr Harding was received.
