Referring to the murder of Commissioner Willoughby, he said “When we shall use swords again, ■we shall warn European - women and children.” He said he ( intended to organise Hindustan into large Laslikar men who should practise discipline. Ho called upon Hindus and Mohammedans to combine against the British. A BIG CLIMB. (Received This Day at 8.40 a.m.) DELHI, Oct. 17. Raiburn, author of mountaineering art ,and Crawford, both members of the Alpine Club, London, have returned from Darjeiling, after an attempt to explore Kinchinjanga. They attacked Kinchinjanga from the south-west, exploring the glaciers to reach the summit from this direction. They found it impossible to go to a greater height than twenty thousand feet, being a tained. The return journey was made jn a blinding snowstorm, through a new pass eighteen thousand feet high. ,
