It is reported that social revolutionaries leaders in Spiridovna. and Tchernov have formed an anti-Bolshevik Goverment Nijninovgorod and other towns are joining the movement demanding a constitution and a National Assembly. ARMISTICE SIGNED. (LONDON TIMES SERVICE—COPYRIGHT] RIGA, Oct.. 13. The Armistice between Russia; Poland and Ukraine has been signed after three weeks verbal sparring, finishing with four days and nights of uninterrupted debate. It is not regarded as a permanent settlement, but generally is considered to be a contrivance to avoid winter fighting. The worst feature of the treaty is the treatment of Lithuania, which is left in the lurch by Bolsheviks, and at the mercy of Poland.
RED COMPULSION. RIGA, Oct. 13. The Bolsheviks’ delegates, when signing the armistice with Poland, stated they only did-so under compulsion. The truce will be effective from the 18th Hist. ' \ ARMISTICE TERMS. LONDON, Oct. 14. : A Moscow wireless states the armistice terms renounce interference by either party in the others internal affairs; the cessation of support to Generals Wrangel and Petloura; and renunciation of any claim for expenses. The armistice begins on the 18th and lasts for 21 days. A neutral zone of fifteen kilometres is fixed along both sides of the frontier.
