Judgment can be obtained, but no process can be issued for the execution against the property of a soldier or recently discharged soldier or assisted discharged soldier in pursuance of any judgment decree, or any order of any court until the soldier has been discharged from the forces following his return to the Dominion, for a period of twelve months,
