TURNED THE CORNER. (Received this day, at 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, October 11. Marsel, Minister of Finance says France has passed the financial crisis. The new taxes will yield 320 million sterling. The estimated revenue is 800 millions, which will be sufficient to cover ordinary expenditure for the financial year. NOT TAKING NOTICE. (Received This Dav at 1 o. p.m.J LONDON, Oct. 11. Hon Lloyd George says he does not propose to take notice of Mr Asquith’s criticism of the Premier’s Irish speech, adding—“ Asquith does not mention the hellish policy of murder.” DECLINED.
