The matter was referred to the executive. The financial statement showed the year had closed with a credit of £lsl. Home missions collections totalled £2,214; self denial receipts £597. The sum of £657 was expended in aiding smaller churches. The sum of £SOO has been placed in the reserve fund. Of the office guarantee fund £3OO had been spent in establishing an office in Wellington. £1,321 had been retrieved on account of the sustentation fund of which £240 was expended m subsidies to Ministerial stipends and £IOOO had been place,d on fixed deposit.
