DAY OF OCTOBER, 1920 to confirm a resolution passed on the 14fch. day of September, 1920, authorising the taking of a poll on Wednesday the 10th. day of November 1920, on the question of raising a special loan not exceeding £3,000 for the purchase of road-making machinery to include a- motor tipping lorry, a portable stone crushing plant and elevator and a r#id roller; such be secured by a special rate not exceeding nine-fourteenths of a farthing in the pound on capital rateable value* and the loan to be repaid in ten years in half-yearly instalments of £l5O each.
